CW 46: COMMANDER TX-20
Towards the end of Session 1 of the Clone Wars, we see the introduction of a new droid to add to the ranks of the droid army.
And they are the new T-series tactical droid, that feature a higher understanding of strategic calculations, which allows them to give commands to battle droids, and in-terms of rank they are equals to commander of the Clone armies.
One Commander droid in particular, was shown in the CW episode of the "Battle Of Ryloth", which assisted Separatist Leader Wat Tambor in keeping the Plant Ryloth Captive and that particular droid was Commander TX-20.
Which we are going to look into now...

My Verdict:
Adding more characters to the CW series is never something wrong, as it will eventually offer collectors more stuff to purchase/collect.
Having said this, i personally think that the tactical droid was an interesting fit to the story.it's Body Frame to me was nicely sculpted, by adding the bulk in the upper & mid of the body which somehow offers a more mature look to the character (like uncle's & beer bellies) and the cover over the eyes gives the figure a more focus/strategic look.
Weathering's are tastefully added across the entire figure and articulation are generally good, just that the knees can't be bent....which to me is a minor set back.
All in all its a another nice droid to add to the collection!
