Here's a Toyshop which is nicely tucked away in Asia Street in Sunway Pyramid, it may look small, but TS offers a wide selection of toys, from 12 inch Hot Toys/Slide Show Collectables, Transformers, G.I.Joe's and Star Wars!

My Verdict:

Although he offers a wide selection of toys, his collection of SW toys is relatively little, but time to tome he does have some great stuff! and if you cant find it there, you call also ask them to ordered it for you! (the owner is really friendly)

As for dislike, it would be his organization of toys, as they are scattered all over the shops and do not have a particular selection of its own.

The Owner is currently focusing more on 12 inch figures as there are more collectors in this segment! and he does offered them at a relatively cheaper price!

i actually bought my 12 inch Stormtrooper Commander here, at slightly discounted price (below the RM370 mark), when the other Toyshop were selling it at RM 390 -400.

Toyshopilike: ToyWizard

Here' a look at ToyWizard at Amcorp Mall in Petaling Jaya, it was establish in 2004 by two brothers.

About ToyWizard:

Toywiz Malaysia, established since 2004. Located strategically in Amcorp Mall Petaling Jaya, just beside Federal Highway and 2 minutes walking distance from the Taman Jaya LRT Station.

Our shop is on the Top Floor of Amcorp Mall, 3rd Floor, Lot 315, which is opposite the Oversea Restaurant and also near the Cinema and McDonald’s Burger. We specialize mostly on Star Wars, Spawn, Marvel Legends, Transformers, DC Superheroes, Justice League, TV/Movie Action Figures, Collectible Statues/Replicas, LEGO, Japanese Anime Figures, SIC, Chogokins, Revoltech, Medicom Toys and others. Likes
- Has a constant flow of the latest SW toys.

- They allow you browser without persistently pestering you purchase the item.

Dislike:
- Organization of the toys, as the stuff are all over the place, I however feel that it should be organize to their Categorizes . (looks like a mini Hasbro warehouse)

- Change of Prizing: This happen to me 2 months back: i called to check if they still had a Slide Show Stormtrooper, which they said they did and he quoted the Price of RM 365 . which i agreed and ask to reserve it, as i wanted to go the next day to purchase the item.

However upon my arrival i called again to confirm my reservation for the figure, and when asked about the pricing again, he quoted me RM 390 for it. and when ask what's the reason for the price hike, he says "this is the last piece".

I personally think this is not the right way to do business....but this is however the mentality of most Malaysia Toyshop owners and all i can say is "TSK TSK TSK"

Toyshopsilike: Toy Workers

Here is a Toy shop which is nicely tucked away in Subang Square Shopping Gallery, next to Taylors University.

Started in 2006, by owners James which has a wide Varity of toys/collectables for the toy collecting community. This is one of the few shops, which has weekly updates of SW & CW toys and furthermore they are priced reasonably.

Highlights of the Store in-terms of SW & CW Collectables:

1) A Bargain Bin – where by toys are labeled with Yellow & Green Stickers to indicate discounted pricing ( yellow RM20 & green RM 30)



2) Mighty Muggs – selling single carded and not bundled! (even have Shadow Stromtrooper)

3) Value Pack - loose figures (CLONE TROOPER- Coruscant Landing Platform)



4) Self pack evolution pack – Bounty Hunter Pack (featuring Jango Fett, Boba Fett and Boba Fett Concept) nice!



Likes
- Bargain bin, you would expect to find crap figures in a bargain bin usually, however this bin has loads of goodies like: Comm Cody (CW), Khayyk Troopers (SL), Jango Fett and etc.

- Self pack evolution packs, really like the “Fett” pack! They should do more packs like this.

- Shipments comes every week on Friday

Dislike:
- Organization of the toys, as the stuff are all over the place, I however feel that it should be organize to their collection.

Toyshopsilike!: Street Soul

Here is another interesting shop which I found in the Bukit Bintang Area, from the pictures, it might not mean much to you, however like the saying goes “DON’T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER”

As there is more then meets the eye here, as this shop will help you build your very own Legions!

I am saying this because this shop sells LOSE FIGURES at very reasonable prices, ragging from RM25 to RM35, or you could buy packs of 3 troopers for RM 60.(while stock last)

If you are looking for any troopers/figure in-particular ask the sales person there or leave your number for them to call you back.

TOYSHOPILIKE!: GRAFFITI TOYS

Hi Guys,

Toys shops are plentiful in Malaysia! However the one's which sells “Starwars” toys/collectables, are only a handful!

There as a collector I am constantly looking for toy shops which offers me everything I need at one location!

Therefore to start off my new segment of TOYSHOPILIKE! Here is that one shop (GRAFFITI TOYS) which I felt has just about everything! From your 3inchs figures, vehicles, 12 inch’s and etc…

Well here are my findings from my visits:

Likes:

- Very Friendly customer service from both brothers. (compare to other toy venders in Bukit Bintang Area)

- By Far has the LARGEST collection of Starwars toys/collectables in the KL area, even Toy R Us has to take a step back (seriously, I not Chui Sui! see the pictures), as they even have toys/collectables from older waves.

- Good follow up in-terms of pre-orders and product replacement like my AT-TE Legs.

Dislike:

- PRICING is downside of Graffiti toys for me, but like I said the toys/collectables can’t be found anywhere else. So if you really really one it, then I guess we have to pay for it! Eh !
