Legacy Collection: BD02 Han Solo in Stormtrooper Disguise

Luke & Obi wan Kenobi meets Han Solo & Chewbacca on Tatooine...

They convince Han Solo into saving Princes Leia, for the clutches of her Imperial captors, which Han thinks the whole big idea is bad...

However he changes his mind when Luke convinces him that there will be a large financial reward for the Princess rescue.

He then infiltrates the Death Star with Luke in stolen Stormtroopers armor posing as Imperial Servants.

After much mishaps they some how manage to rescue Prince Leia at the cost of Obi Wan's Life.....

Here's a look at Han Solo in Stormtrooper Disguise figure in the upcoming Legacy Collection 09, which is basically a repack from the Legacy Collection 08. (number BD-31)

My Comments:

Likes:

- The Stormtrooper Helmet sculpt very close to the movie version.

Dislikes:

- The Facial expression..

My Verdict:

A Repack which is most welcome!

As collectors were thrill to see Han Solo in Stormtrooper disguise figure being made last year (along with Luke)

This Han Solo figure is a partial repaint of the figure from 2007's TAC Chewbacca & Han solo Comic Pack, however comes with a new belt. beside this, the 09 figure comes with all black E-11 Blaster Pistol, as the o8 version has some silver weathering on it.

Although most Youtube reviewer rate Han facial sculpt very accurate to Character in the Movie played by Harrison Ford, i would have to strongly disagree as the facial expression is really ugly...he almost looked stone..

However all is not lost, as the Stormtrooper Helmet Sculpt is Spot On, as it has a nice gap between the eyes and top black bar, plus the helmet fits really well! (not even his hair sticks out from the back), unlike the figure in the Joker Squad.

So if you don't like Han Face in this figure, cover it! and use it as a Stormtrooper which looks even better!
